THE RANGE

70% of the raised floor sold annually worldwide is demanded with steel tray as most of the current international regulations can be fulfilled at competitive prices only by using galvanized steel providing higher load capacity, lightness, calibration and fast production.
GASPARIN DESIGN ART LAB developed a steel encapsulated panel with an innovative design (European patent n. 1409812); its vertical and re-entrant structural reinforcement along the whole perimeter has been positioned where the static tension due to loads is higher. Such design provides far higher load capacity than all the other internationally most-sold kinds of panel. The two steel plates are glued to both sides of the core and clinched by a 250 tons mechanical press, without any kind of welding; it was this idea to give birth to the fully automatic production line at present being one of the most modern in the world and producing up to 900 panels per hour.
The product range is complemented by traditional panels made of chipboard or calcium sulphate (GT and GI) without steel. Among the finishes, in addition to ceramic, vinyl and woods bonded to panels, Gasparini System introduces the new line of Janustile loose-lay coverings allowing easy management of the job site; increased sound insulation due to the cork or polyethylene backing of the tiles; installation without any adhesive thanks to coupling of the finishes to a magnetic backing providing optimal horizontal grip but easy moving and repositioning after sub-floor inspection. Such system is applicable to ceramic, linoleum rubber and PVC.
Understructures allows final heights from 9 to 150 cm.
A wide range of accessories is also available.
